We encourage our staff to obtain professional qualifications and to attend continuing education courses. The majority of our broking staff are either qualified practicing brokers (QPIB) or have qualifications recognised by the Australia and New Zealand Institute of Finance “the Institute”.

John Dallimore – CEO – FCIBNZ, ANZIIF (Snr Assoc)
Over 35 years insurance experience as a corporate insurance broker. He has been involved with the company since 1989 and became the principal shareholder in 1994. Over the years he has taken a keen involvement in insurance broking organisations and is well known throughout the New Zealand insurance broking community.

Rosanna Jennings – Account Manager – Senior Broker - Dip.Fin, Serv (Ins Brok) Dip.Fin.Serv. (Gen. Ins), ANZIIF (Snr Assoc.) CIP
Rosanna has 10 years experience in the insurance industry in the NZ and UK market. She is responsible for a number of client accounts and also assists John with key corporate accounts.

Donna Neale – Broker
Donna is responsible for our professional indemnity business and also provides general client support. Donna joined the company in 1992 and is therefore very familiar with all facets of the company operations.

Nicola Jones
Nicola specialises in financial risk protection whether for private individuals or for businesses. She has over 10 years experience in the life industry and is widely respected for her customer focus. Before taking up a career in the finance sector she was an accomplished tennis player in the US and Europe.

Neil is a Director of Legal & Professional Benefits; he specialises in business insurance. He has extensive experience in South Africa before moving to New Zealand over 10 years ago and has introduced many innovative solutions and concepts for clients.
